Old Antique Oil Painting Nautical English Ships HMS Terror & Erebus H. M. S. Boats

  
Thank you for the interest in this item. The painting is painted on canvas. The painting is framed in a newer wood and gold gilt picture frame. The painting is a hand painted work of art oil painting. The painting is painted by a very talented artist (see photos). The painting looks to be European to me likely English in origin (see photos and determine the artist and the origin of the painting). The painting framed measures in total about 28 inches high and it is about 40 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 24 inches high and it is about 36 inches wide. The picture frame has some scuffs, obvious losses to the gold gilt finish and signs of wear. This painting has a nice place in my home.

I have not tried to clean the painting or to have it restored. This is a nice antique nautical oil painting to add to your collection. I sell vintage, decorative and antique items. I try to take many photographs of the items that I sell.
