This is an enchanting and Fine Antique Old Arizona Plein Air Desert Landscape Oil Painting on Masonite, depicting a delicately rendered Arizona desert landscape, with tall saguaro cactus, desert foliage, and a majestic pinkish hued mountain vista in the distance. Signed illegibly and dated "70" in the lower left corner. However, there are multiple labels on the verso which read: Zipperman... I believe that this is probably the creator of this work. Unfortunately, I could not find any information on this artist. Perhaps you know more about them? Approximately 31 x 37 inches including frame. Actual artwork is approximately 24 x 30 inches. Good condition for age, with a few light scuffs to the painted areas, and some mild edge wear to the original period frame please see photos. Acquired in Los Angeles, California.
