Antique Maria Aldernaght American Post-impressionist Woman Portrait Oil Painting

  

Early 1900s Oil Painting on stretched canvas which is signed in the lower right-hand corner by the Belgium figure artist, Maria Aldernaght (1902 - 1945). Executed on a 22" by 28" stretched canvas this post-impressionist portrait of a red haired woman pruning flowers in a greenhouse is in very good original condition. It comes in a high quality, 26" by 32" carved and gold gilded frame, which only has some light surface and edge wear.

There are no problems nor any restorations observed.
