Up for sale is a gorgeous antique French oil painting depicting a tremendous mountain landscape with a figure fishing in the rushing river. This large oil painting is attributed to Paul Desire Trouillebert which appears to be inscribed verso, please see 3rd image top left center verso. Unfortunately the front appears unsigned.

Executed on canvas this large painting measures 24 1/4 x 33 inches while the later frame measures 27 3/4 x 36 1/2 inches. The painted is well executed and fine on the wall but shows damage including craquelure, stretcher bar marks, tearing / rips along low right frame edge, creases and some paint loss.
