DESCRIPTION / CONDITION / PROVENANCE. This is a well-executed , 19th century or earlier, portrait oil painting on canvas, of a beautiful Italian woman of possibly royalty/wealth. Unfortunately, we are unable to locate the artist signature on the painting. Painting is mounted in a well matched newer large, very heavy, ornate gold finished frame. The condition of the painting and frame are very good, no damage that we can see, could use a light cleaning.
